Return & Refund Policy

Our promise

If your order arrives and isn't right — wrong size, doesn't work for the person it was meant for, or simply isn't what you hoped — we want to make it right.

30-day return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused, in original packaging
• In resaleable condition
• Accompanied by your order number

How to start a return

1. Email us at nicolifesupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method

Who pays for return shipping?

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• Personal care items (drinking cups, foot scrubbers, grip socks, bidet bottles)
• Adaptive utensils that have been used
• Hearing aid earbuds (sealed packaging only)

Unopened items in these categories are still returnable.

Damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipment needed in most cases.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to display the refund.
