What We Cover
We offer refunds or replacements for the following issues:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Wrong items received
- Orders that do not arrive within 6 weeks of shipping confirmation (lost in transit)
How to Request a Refund
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at nicolifesupport@gmail.com
2. Include your order number
3. Send clear photos or a video showing the issue
4. Wait for our response and instructions before returning anything
Please contact us BEFORE returning any item. Returns sent without our prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
We will respond within 24 hours and work with you to make it right.
What We Cannot Accept
Because our products are sourced and shipped directly from trusted suppliers, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
- Change-of-mind returns (due to shipping costs)
- Size, color, or style preferences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Items damaged after delivery
- Returns sent without our prior written approval
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and message us with any questions before ordering.
Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks after shipping confirmation. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
