Because our products are sourced and shipped directly from trusted partners worldwide, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:
- Change-of-mind returns (due to international shipping costs)

- Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
- Items damaged after delivery
- Returns sent without our prior written approval

Shipping Times
Most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks after shipping confirmation. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price. These charges cannot be refunded.
Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
