How fast will my order arrive?
We're a small team and we ship as quickly as we can. Here's what to expect:

Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free shipping: On all orders over $75 USD within Canada and the United States
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days, please check your spam folder — then email us if it still hasn't arrived.
Where do we ship?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be the first to know.
Customs & duties
For orders shipped within Canada or within the United States, there are no customs fees. Cross-border orders (Canadian customers ordering from US-based partners, or vice versa) may incur duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Larger items
Some larger items — mobility chairs, lift recliners, transport chairs — ship via freight and may take an additional 5–7 business days. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
