Are your products safe to use unsupervised?
Most of our products are designed for independent daily use. However, mobility aids like transport chairs, lift chairs, and tub transfer benches should be set up and tested with a caregiver present the first time.
Will the Bluetooth Hearing Aid Earbuds work for my parent's specific hearing loss?
Our hearing amplifier earbuds work well for mild to moderate hearing loss — the kind that makes group conversations and TV difficult. They aren't a replacement for prescription hearing aids if a doctor has diagnosed severe loss. When in doubt, we recommend trying them with our 30-day return policy.
Do you carry products for specific conditions like Parkinson's, arthritis, or post-surgery recovery?
